Shipping policy
We deliver purchased products within Croatia within 2 to 3 working days via the delivery service in cooperation with Pick&Pack.*
*Delivery times begin to apply 24 working hours from the date of purchase. All days from Monday to Friday, which are not holidays, are considered working days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not included in the delivery times. National, regional, and local holidays are observed. During sales, Christmas campaigns, and/or special promotional offers, deliveries may be delayed, of which you will be informed. There are various reasons for possible delivery delays, such as incorrectly entered delivery addresses, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, and delivery to rural and remote areas or islands. Delivery and product delivery offered through this website are exclusively available within Croatia.
Order Delivery and Pickup
The approximate delivery time for standard delivery within the Republic of Croatia, carried out by an external delivery company, is two to five working days*.
*For islands and Dubrovnik, delivery time may be longer.
